The Guest Care Manager logistically manages the retail, salon and spa service areas with a primary focus on identifying business opportunities and ensuring that guest care is above expectations.

Minimum qualifications for this position are as follows: High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience with guest care in retail, salon and spa or hospitality industry, exceptional time management, organizational and communication skills, ability to make and implement decisions, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, demonstrated aptitude to train new team members, ability to provide excellent presentations, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong commitment to customer service excellence, polished appearance.

This is a full time position and requires evening and weekend availability.
